The APC says the protest to INEC
headquarters is to register its
disapproval of the Commission’s string
of failures in conducting recent
elections, including the ‘inconclusive’
Anambra Governorship poll.
They are
demanding the cancellation of Anambra
gubernatorial poll.
The protesters were stopped by a
detachment heavily armed policemen
who prevented them from reaching the
INEC offices.
Protesters include former
Lagos governor, Bola Tinubu, former
military head of state, Muhammadu
Buhari, and Chief Bisi Akande.
