Relatively, a member who pleaded
anonymity had equally told the Punch
newspaper, that the Minister would
appear next week Thursday.
The source said,
The
matter has not been
swept
under the carpet.
The minister will
definitely
be here next week
Thursday.
She has been
duly invited alongside
heads of agencies under
her
Supervision.”
The Senate had
resolved
earlier not to summon
Oduah over the matter,
but had
Surprisingly
changed its stance,
directing now that the
Minister
appears before it
unfailingly next
week
Thursday.
The Senate had argued
that its latest resolve to
invite the embattled
Minister was based on the
Senate standing order 53
(6) which allows it to
reverse any decision
taken earlier.
